Bella Band
WEDNESDAY 3PM - 4PM: Bella Band is open to all brass and woodwind players and is a fantastic opportunity to play as part of a larger group. The band rehearses a wide range of music and works towards regular concerts, performances and informal sharings throughout the year.
This is a great way to build your ensemble playing, improve your confidence, and be part of the musical life of the school. All levels are welcome.

S1 Drama Club
WEDNESDAY - LUNCHTIME: S1 Drama Club is a fun, welcoming space for first-year pupils to build confidence, make new friends and get creative. Each week, pupils take part in games, acting activities, and short scenes, building towards staging their very own show later in the year.
No previous experience is needed – just come along and get involved. It’s a brilliant way to grow your skills and have fun at the same time.

String Ensemble
MONDAY LUNCHTIME: Our String Group gives violin, viola, cello and double bass players the chance to come together and make music as a team. The group works on a range of pieces, developing ensemble skills and preparing for concerts and performance opportunities throughout the year.
Whether you’re just starting out or more experienced, String Group is a supportive, musical space where everyone can progress and enjoy playing together.

Show Choir
MONDAY - LUNCHTIME: Show Choir is a lively and fun vocal group open to all year groups. Pupils sing songs from musicals, film, and pop, focusing on harmony singing, vocal technique, and performance skills.
Led by Mrs O’Reilly and Mr Murdoch, the group is all about energy, teamwork and enjoying music together. Show Choir regularly performs at school concerts and events, and it’s a brilliant way to grow in confidence and be part of something uplifting and creative.

School of Rock
School of Rock is a high-energy lunchtime group for guitarists and drummers, led by Mrs Weir and Mr Osborne. Pupils work together on band skills, learning to rehearse, perform and collaborate as a group.
The focus is on rock and pop music, and pupils have the chance to shape the setlist, develop their musical style, and work towards performances. It’s a brilliant way to build confidence, improve your instrument skills, and experience what it’s like to be part of a real band.
